One in five Canadians will experience a mental illness at some point in their life, but only one-third will seek help. It’s time to break the stigma around mental illness.

This week’s tip is to spend some time getting to know those you work with. Social networks are important for mental health and resiliency. Know someone when they are at their healthiest so you will know, and be able to provide help if they move along the mental health continuum.
