This online exercise prescription tool has been prepared by the Personnel Support Programs (PSP) to help you prepare for your annual CF EXPRES evaluation.
Existing exercise prescription materials have been used and will provide you with an individual exercise prescription based on CF EXPRES test results. Although accessible to all CF military personnel it specifically caters to members who might not have access to PSP staff such as OUTCAN, Reservists, and Officer Cadets attending civilian Universities.
This online exercise prescription will provide you with enough guidance and information to maintain and/or exceed your annual physical requirements as outlined in the CF EXPRES Manual.
