The annual winter decorating contest took place on the evening of 6 December, put on by the Base Borden Community Council (BBCC). Residents of Borden’s Residential Housing Unit (RHUs) had the opportunity to show their holiday spirit with their home decorations leading up to that day, when the judging took place.
