CFLTC has been working to build a strategic partnership with Georgian College and as part of this, we recently supported them in their initiative to collect winter clothing for their international students and their families. The Commandant, RSM and CFLTC representatives delivered the clothing on Monday 5 November 2018, arriving in style in a Tactical Armoured Patrol Vehicle, which attracted significant attention from the international students. The staff of the Georgian College International Centre were most appreciative for the donations that will help keep international students warm for their first winter in Canada. A big thank you to CFLTC staff who contributed to the cause.
Dans le cadre d’un partenariat stratégique avec le Georgian College, des membres du CILFC ont décidé de participer à un projet de collecte de vêtements d’hiver pour ses étudiants étrangers et leur famille. Lundi 5 novembre 2018, le commandant, le sergent-major régimentaire et des représentants du CILFC ont livré des vêtements. Ils sont arrivés avec style dans un véhicule de patrouille blindé tactique, ce qui a beaucoup plu aux étudiants étrangers. Le personnel du International Centre du Georgian College a exprimé sa reconnaissance aux membres du CILFC. Ils ont expliqué que grâce aux vêtements offerts, les étudiants étrangers seront habillés chaudement pour leur premier hiver au Canada. Un grand merci à tous ceux qui ont participé à la collecte.
