It will soon be time for the annual Borden Training Expo which is the first Thursday of May, which is 5 May 2022 this year. The overall goal of the Training Expo is to enable the sharing of lessons learned and to provide professional development for instructors.
As with the last two years, the Training Expo will be virtual this year. We have three streams: improving instruction, applying innovations and technology and a francophone stream. There will be four sessions per stream. The first session will start at 1000 hrs and the final session will end at 1445 hrs.
The schedule along with the links to the sessions can be found on DLN 3.0 and on the Learning Portal. Some Training Expo topics on the session list will be: DLN 3.0, instructor evaluation, and facilitation. CAC TC will be presenting a session on their training challenges and providing some information on their courses. The Training Expo sessions will be accessible through DLN 3.0 and the Learning Portal.
