Lieutenant-Colonel Rebecca Evans, Commanding Officer of the Regional Cadet Support Unit (Central), accompanied by Chief Warrant Officer Tony Hill, present a promotion to Chief Petty Officer Second Class Robert Boychuk from the London Detachment. To ensure the effective delivery of support to the 287 cadet corps and squadrons under RCSU’s command, six area offices are located throughout the province.
