Losing someone you love is painful. After a significant loss, you may experience many emotions, such as shock, anger, and guilt. Sometimes it may feel like the sadness will never end. Join us as we discuss grief, its impact on you, and learn strategies that may help you to cope.
This activity is offered at no cost and is available to CAF Members/Veterans and their immediate families, Defence Team and their immediate families.
