Contest Rules & Regulations:

Eligibility: This contest is open to everyone, except employees of the Borden Citizen, and only to those who sign up for our newsletter here: https://mailchi.mp/f9d457f327ff/citizensubscribe and who are 18 as of the date of entry. The contest is only open to legal residents of Canada (Ontario) and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Borden Citizen, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of the Borden Citizen Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting May 15, 2020 and ending on May 30, 2020. All online entries must be received by 11 p.m. on May 30, 2020.
How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by subscribing to our newsletter here: https://mailchi.mp/f9d457f327ff/citizensubscribe. You may also submit BONUS entries by tagging two friends in the comment section of the post on Facebook or Instagram. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Borden Citizen. You may only subscribe with one e-mail per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility.
Prizes: There will be two(2) winners of the Contest, each receiving One (1) $50 Gift Certificate to Amazon.ca. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Borden Citizen to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by Random Draw. Winner will be notified by Email. Borden Citizen shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 60 Days the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner.
Terms & Conditions: Borden Citizen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at any time.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Borden Citizen website.
