It’s time to celebrate Halloween in the Base Borden residential area and, thanks to the participants, this year will be very scary!
Contest rules
Residents are invited to decorate their houses in the traditional manner.
On 31 October, the judging committee will tour the RHU areas between 1800 hrs and 2100 hrs.
Pictures of the winning homes will be submitted to the Borden Citizen.
