It’s time to celebrate Halloween in the Base Borden residential area and, thanks to the participants, this year will be very scary! The first place winners can expect to take home a Google Nest thermostat donated by SISIP.
Contest rules
- Residents are invited to decorate their houses in the traditional manner.
- On 31 October, the judging committee will tour the RHU areas between 1700 hrs and 2000 hrs.
- Pictures of the winning homes will be submitted to the Borden Citizen.
