It’s that time of the year – Base Borden Community Council is calling all residents of the Borden Residential Housing Unit (RHU) to participate in the annual winter decorating contest.
Show off your holiday spirit for the community and for the kids in all of us!
Judging takes place on 6 December, between 1730 hrs and 1930 hrs. Photographs of the winning houses will be published in the Borden Citizen.
