Two new bike repair stations at Base Borden are making it easier to stay active, whether you’re riding for recreation or transportation to curb the gas bill.
Located at the entrance to the Buell Fitness and Aquatic Centre and at the beginning of the Trillium Trail on Dieppe Road, the repair stations are free and accessible 24/7. Each station has a selection of tools and an air pump for tires.
The new equipment was made by the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers School (RCEME) and 16 Wing, and installed by the PSP Fitness and Sports team with the help of Real Property Operations Detachment (RP Ops).
