Relationships are not always easy to keep healthy and strong. Now add the stressors of one or both parties of that relationship being employed by the CAF.
Military life places many different stressors on all involved. Stressors are not only on those wearing the uniform, but of course on their family members as well. This year’s Healthy Relationship Campaign has many different tip sheets to help couples when facing unique stressors for those wearing the CAF uniform. Topics include such things as relocation, facing absences, reunions, and communication.
To check out all of these tip sheets and more, log onto the campaign website.
