Activities included two town halls, a meet and greet with Borden Defence Advisory Groups (DAGs) and visits to base kitchens as well as Canadian Forces Recruiting Group Headquarters (CFRG HQ).

Town Halls were held for both public services employees as well as for military managers. Associate Deputy Minister, Ms. Stefanie Beck responded to questions from both in person and virtual town hall attendees.

As Associate Deputy Minister, Ms. Beck works closely with the Vice Chief of Defence Staff and other senior public service and military leaders at National Defence Headquarters, as well as across the wider Government of Canada, to support the effective running of National Defence and the CAF. The visit allowed Ms. Beck to hear first-hand from CFB Borden personnel, gaining insight that will contribute to Reconstitution efforts and other significant initiatives.
