Join us for a six-week course that will focus on fine tuning your health and lifestyle habits so that you can take control of your health wellbeing! Topics to be covered will include nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management. To top it all off, there will be great prizes available!
Sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 0830 to 1130 hrs and there will be a physical activity component taking place every Thursday from 1100 to 1200. The program begins on 13 September and concludes on 20 October.
