No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Declaration of eligibility and release of liability may be required. This contest is intended for play in Ontario only and will be governed by Canadian law. Do not enter if you are not eligible.
Contest Period: The Contest will begin June 18, 2022 and will end July 3, 2022.
Eligibility:
1.The Contest is only open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the legal age of majority.
2.Employees and family members of the Citoyen Borden Citizen are not eligible to participate.
3.Void where prohibited by law.
How To Participate:
- Post your photo in the comment section of the Citoyen Borden Citizen CAF Day & Air Show Photo Contest post
- Visitors to the ‘CAFD & Air Show’ Facebook page can “like” your photo.
- The photo with the most “likes” at 11:59 pm on July 3, 2022 will win a $100 Henry’s Gift Card.
- The Borden Citizen reserves the right to remove any photos it deems to be “inappropriate or offensive”. These photos will not be eligible to win.
Prizing:
- Henry’s Gift Card Prizes: There will be one (1) $100 CAD Henry’s Gift Card. Henry’s Gift Card Prize must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by the Citoyen Borden Citizen. No interest will be paid on any Henry’s Gift Card Prize. Each Henry’s Gift Card Prize is subject to the Henry’s Gift Card terms and conditions.
- The number of “likes” for the photo posted will be counted beginning Saturday, June 18, 2022 until Sunday, July 3, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
- The individuals whose photo have the most “likes” at the end of the contest time period will be contacted by private message on Facebook to inform them they have won and arrange a time to pick up the Henry’s Gift Card at the Citoyen Borden Citizen offices.
- The Henry’s Gift Card Prize cannot be exchanged for any other product and/or service. Nor can it be redeemed for cash.
General:
1. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Citoyen Borden Citizen and/or the independent contest organization, which are final in all respects.
2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, by entering the Contest, each entrant consents to being contacted by the Citoyen Borden Citizen for Contest-related purposes, which includes but is not limited to Prize eligibility notifications and prize claim reminder notifications.
3. The Citoyen Borden Citizen Facebook CAF Day & Air Show Photo Contest winner, including their first and last name, may be announced in the Citoyen Borden Citizen newspaper.
