The Fire Prevention Display Booth will be located at the Canex Lobby.
Come out and participate in the ballot contest and take home Fire Prevention Week pamphlets. The draw will be held on Wed 18 October and the winners will be contacted.

OFFICIAL COMMENCEMENT OF FIRE PREVENTION WEEK
10 October – FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION/EXCHANGE PROGRAM
- Location: Base Fire Hall, 150 Ortona Road
- Time: 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs
- Military or DND employee’s identification required for free service.
11 October – FIRE DRILLS
Fire drills will be conducted at all Borden Elementary Schools.
12 October – UNIT FIRE PREVENTION OFFICER/FIRE WARDEN AWARDS
The Fire Chief and Chief Fire Prevention Officer will present the awards for the outstanding UFPO and FW for 2023 at their respective workplaces.
