Spring is in the air for high school students, but it’s Fall that’s on their minds. As they wrap up their final weeks of school and look ahead to post-secondary plans, financial planning is a top priority for many. The RCAF Foundation student scholarship program is now accepting applications until 9 May.
Fifty scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to post-secondary students studying in areas of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (S.T.E.M.) who are planning a career in aviation or aerospace fields, with the goal of supporting Canada’s next generation of aviation and aerospace leaders.
Applicants must be 25 or younger as of 1 September 2022 and currently enrolled or accepted to a Canadian university or college to be eligible. Students who are not well represented in the aviation or aerospace industries are especially encouraged to apply.
Applications can be submitted online at www.rcaffoundation.ca.
The deadline to apply is 9 May 2022.
