CAF Sports Day brings out yet another perfect mix of competitive and recreational athleticism for units of CFB Borden
The 2023 CAF Sports Day hosted by Personnel Support Programs (PSP) was held on 23 October, featuring various events spanning across the Buell Gym and its facilities with teams of six representing each unit in every sport.
Pickleball and dodgeball were held in opposite sides of the Buell Gym while indoor volleyball was hosted inside the Fieldhouse. Powerlifting was held just outside the volleyball games in the Fieldhouse Rogue Area where members tested their strength.
Bowling and golf were held at the Circle Pine Bowling Alley and golf course while mountain bikers enjoyed the CFB Borden trails.
In the combat room, members were paired up in a jiujitsu grappling workshop hosted by PSP staff.
