Prioritize your health – Use your workday to get fit with Noon Fitness

*This article has been updated on 4 April, 2023.

When it comes to making time for exercise, there is no end to the excuses we can reach for (provided we don’t have to reach too far, of course). I don’t have time. I’m too tired. It’s too expensive.

Prioritizing your fitness can be hard. Your local PSP Fitness & Sport team is making it easy.

Noon Fitness is back at the Buell Gym with different drop-in classes offered Monday through Thursday. Best of all? Participation is absolutely free. Classes are open to DND and NPF staff, CAF members, retired military and military spouses.

Each class runs during the lunch hour, from noon until 12:45 p.m. Since variety is key to better overall fitness, you can pick and choose which classes you’d like to try on any given week. Register for free at the gym’s front desk for your six-month spot and see which ones you like best. You can mix it up or pick one or two classes to keep coming back to each week.

Noon Fitness schedule

12:00 – 12:45 p.m.

  • Monday – pilates/core
  • Tuesday – indoor cycling
  • Wednesday – yoga
  • Thursday – circuit training
  • Friday – yoga

Check in at the front desk before each class to get your pass.

Enough excuses. Sign up today to try out a new activity, or an old favourite, with Noon Fitness.
